Acceptance of Terms

By filling up the PR Form and registering with the Company, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from registering and participating in any activities with the Company.

Eligibility

2.1 Individuals/Influencers: By registering as an individual/influencer, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian if you are below the age of 18.

2.2 PR Companies: By registering as a PR company, you represent and warrant that you are a legally registered entity eligible to enter into business agreements.

2.3 Publishing Platforms: By registering as a publishing platform, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to represent the platform and enter into partnerships.

Registration and Account

3.1 Accurate Information: When filling up the PR Form, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself or your organization. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3.2 Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you provide us. You agree not to disclose your account information to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of the information you’ve provided us.

3.3 Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our relationship at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

Personal Information

4.1 Privacy Policy: Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by you are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering with the Company, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Consent for Communications: By registering with the Company, you consent to receive communications from us via email, telephone, or other agreed-upon methods, for the purpose of collaboration, partnership, or any other relevant matter.

Rights and Obligations

5.1 Intellectual Property: You acknowledge and agree that any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or patents, in connection with the collaborations or engagements shall remain the property of their respective owners.

5.2 Content Usage: You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any content provided by you in connection with the collaborations or engagements.

5.3 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while participating in any collaborations or engagements with the Company.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your registration and participation in any collaborations or engagements with the Company.

Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. The modified Terms will be effective upon posting on the Company’s website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued use of the Company’s services after the modifications will signify your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.

By filling up the PR Form and registering with the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
